Exercise

Getting regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep yourself healthy.  Exercise improves your mood, strengthens your immune system and helps you control your weight.

The best exercise you can do is something you enjoy.  If you do that exercise you will likely stick with it.

If you haven't been exercising check with your physician prior to starting.  Remember that rest is an important part of any training program.  I recommend one or two days of rest per week.  If you are just starting build up gradually to allow your body time to adjust.  Remember that it is the exercise that is sustained over time that is most important and not pushing yourself as hard as you can when starting.
